Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry. We don't run ads, don't track you across the web, and don't sell your data — ever.
Who we are
Laudasol is a Ghana-based web agency building premium websites and online presence for hotels and restaurants. "We", "us", and "our" throughout this policy refer to Laudasol. You can reach us at nhyirafashola.digital@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +233 20 066 0855.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and business or venue name — plus, optionally, venue type, town/city, your current website, what you'd like help with, and any message you add. We never require more than name, email, phone, and business name.
We don't run analytics or tracking scripts, don't collect payment information, and don't use advertising pixels or retargeting.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a call, scope a project, and follow up if we don't hear back. We keep a record of client correspondence for ordinary business purposes. We don't use your details for marketing unless you ask us to stay in touch, and we don't add you to any mailing list.
How your form submission is handled
Our contact form runs on Netlify Forms, provided by Netlify, Inc. Submitting the form sends your data to Netlify's servers, which forward it to us. Netlify acts only as our processor — it doesn't use your data for its own purposes. See netlify.com/privacy for their policy.
Google Fonts
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser sends your IP address to Google's servers as a normal part of that request — this is a side effect of the font delivery service, not something we control. See Google's privacy policy.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. The only browser storage used is sessionStorage, for one thing — whether you've dismissed the mobile call-to-action bar. It clears when you close the tab and holds no personal data.
How long we keep your data
Enquiries that don't turn into a project: deleted within 12 months of last contact. Enquiries that become projects: kept for as long as needed for business and tax record-keeping. Netlify retains form submissions on its own platform per its retention policy — ask us and we'll request deletion on your behalf.
Who we share your data with
We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. The only parties who ever handle it: Netlify, Inc. (form processing) and Google LLC (font delivery only — IP address, no form data). If legally required to disclose data, we'll comply and notify you where we're permitted to.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask us to: give you a copy of what we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Email or WhatsApp us and we'll act on it promptly.
Complaints
We'd rather you come to us first — most things sort out quickly. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.org.gh.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools or ways of working change. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
